• 19:5, some days OMAD• Started around October • Wanted to lose recently gained weight, wanted more energy • I’m so happy!!!! I broke my weight goal from a year ago. lost 30 pounds and it feels so… easy. The hunger pangs went away! Drinking WAY more fluids now. my skin is clear. I cant wait to work out and get lean now!
