Hello! I’m “re-starting” today. I’ve let the snack monster take control again and things have gotten out of hand. I started my fast last night at 7pm (ish) and will fast til roughly 1pm or 2pm and close it back at 7ish. I’m also going to avoid the scale. I tend to get focused on numbers instead of how I feel.

Been feeling super hungry today but powering through with coffee. Hour 20 of OMAD.

Edit: got a non-scale victory today. Pulled out a big bag full of old clothes from 8-10 years ago that I’d grown out of, and they all fit!

14 hours into 23:1

I had a truly bad day yesterday. Broke my daily 23 hour fast after 16 hours, ravenously ate sweets and snacks all day, and a good amount of wine at the end of the night. I know it’s because of where I am in my cycle, and I know days like that are fine and I can just get back to it today.

What’s messing me up is that I already wasn’t seeing the scale move, so that + a totally off day is making me feel like I took 3 steps back. I am going to avoid the scale until after my period ends and hope that following 23:1 and eating whole foods until then shows some progress.

Adf day 8 (fasting day) just about 23hrs into my fast kinda struggling today because my coworker gave me some chocolate bars and they’re tempting me but I’m staying strong

Constipation finally cleared up yesterday so I’m looking forward to the scale tomorrow lol
