I’ve hit a plateau throughout November, so now I’ve only lost about 8 lbs total in 3 months. I can partially blame the kids’ Halloween candy, but I’m still eating few enough calories where I should be losing weight. I’ll try cutting the sweets completely, as much as it bums me out. Might stick the overflow in the freezer then thaw it when the kids want it.

In positive news, I started this journey to get rid of some very bad knee arthritis pain that had begun this year, and the pain is pretty much entirely gone!! I still have to be careful how I land/step, and be careful navigating stairs, but I don’t have any lingering pain anymore. Now what to do with all this Advil I bought?

Day 4, 23:1 (OMAD)Goes great, not feeling hungry at all. Notes: Just got my supply of new herbal teas delivered which makes me psyched :) And the scale I ordered is going to be delivered tomorrow. Did not want to buy one, but it will help me track my progress, especially fat level.
