I just did my first 4 days of IF. 16:8.

Day 1: 7pm to 11amDay 2: 9pm to 1:30pmDay 3: 11pm to 3pmDay 4: 10:15pm to 2:15pm

Currently on day 5: and started my fast at 7:45pm and will break at 11:45am tomorrow

Do you all think that my timing being different every few days messes anything up? I was on a work trip and this was the best I could do. Super proud of myself for sticking to 16 hour fasts while traveling but wondering is the schedule makes it not work?

Also curious what things are okay to put in my body while fasting? Water, black coffee and black tea? Assuming diet soda is a no no, but curious.
