16:8 Fast from 7pm-11am each dayI want to cut out some cravings and control my late night snacking which should help with my recent weight gain and puffiness 7 weeks in and I am amazed at the progress
20:4 fasting with just water. today is day 11. eating window every day from 3-7pm (so I can have dinner with my partner after work :3). Fasting is helping me reign in my calorie intake, I’m finding it much easier to stay on track if I only have 4 hours instead of the entire day. Plus, I have diet controlled hypoglycaemia, so fasting is helping me feel more in control because I have to be mindful about what I eat that will get me through to the next day at 3pm. It’s going great. I’m down my first 1.6lbs this week and I’m feeling awesome.
16:8 12–8pm ,trying to do every day but won’t be mad at myself if i have to eat early some days due to exam season.i want to lose some weight that ive gained over the past year. currently ~61kg hoping to be just over 50! 25F 164cmi’m only about 3 days in but i feel supermotivated :)
Back to my lowest weight since before the holidays, I decided to give myself a break for three weeks. Gained about 3lb mostly from alcohol, now back to where I was and chugging onward.
M-6.2/SW-274/CW-250/GW-164, mostly OMAD these days, with some 18:6 once in a while. A bit of beat saber and some hiking when the weather cooperates.
M-5.8/SW-214/CW-204/GW-175, starting eighth day of OMAD. IF 22:2 goal but really 23:1. Low processed carbs, low sugar, high protein. Track daily intake. Net carbs <24. Finished a four week holiday/vacation binge before OMAD. Have trouble eating after dinner till bedtime when not OMAD. Walk, walk/run and bike.
Started fasting for the first time today!! Have fasted before but not continuously. Going to fast from 10 pm to 12 pm, with 10 hr eating period in between. Can we eat anything during that time or do we have to be selective? Also, has anybody seen any difference after doing this 2 or 3 weeks?
