Scale victory today. I am into the 70s (kgs), only just but I’m there. The last time I was under 80kgs was 5 years ago in 2018. Will I get to my target of 76kg by April 21st, 2023?

I’ve been trying to find interesting stuff in my area that isn’t just a gym. Last week I took a free Kung Fu class and that was kind of fun, and tomorrow I’m going indoor rock climbing to try it out. I think by doing activities like that will get me a little more active rather than just puttering around a gym not really knowing what to do with myself.

Struggling to chip past the 200 mark despite me watching and logging my food so I’m hoping the extra activity will help.

Had a bad day yesterday where I switched unexpectedly from OMAD to 18.6 and then went on eating for about 7 hours and also went over my daily calorie goal slightly. So a bit frustrated with myself.

Going out for dinner today and going to make it OMAD and going to seriously enjoy the food! And that’s it! Nothing else after except herbal tea and water

Haven’t done a daily in a few days, so here I am. I’m just over 2 months of daily clean 16:8, though yesterday I actually did a 19:5. My fasting timer went off about a half hour ago, but I’m still working on my (black) coffee, then I want to get on the elliptical and shower before eating, so I’ll likely be pushing 18-19 hours.
