Morning! I’m new to this so I have some questions/worries, but I don’t really want to make a new thread for it. Hope this is ok.

Normally I lose weight by just eating healthy, but I felt like giving this a try. It’s going so quick that I’m not sure if I should do this, though. I started only 3 days ago.

I’m doing 20:4, and at the same time I have massively reduced my kcal intake.

| march 2 | 84,3kg (186lbs) | 690kcal |
|---|---|---|
| march 3 | 83,0kg (183lbs) | 782kcal |
| march 4 | 82,4kg (182lbs) | 777kcal |
|march 5|81,5kg (180lbs)||
My normal kcal intake is around 2500, which is more than I ate past 3 days combined.

Is it normal to lose this much weight the first few days? It’s not like I was obese when I started.
How unhealthy is this? I do take vitamin supplements. I feel quite hungry multiple times a day, but it’s nothing I can’t handle.
I’m thinking about doing this for 3 days, and then on the 4th day to just eat whatever I want (though not exceeding 2500kcal). Then back to fasting for 3 days. Is this possible, or am I ruining some kind of mechanism I’m trying to teach my body?

Thanks!
Good morning. Five more hours and I’ll have my 7 day streak.. 1 week into this! (18:6) It’s been getting a bit easier the past couple days. I even managed to drink my coffee black this morning, for the first time. I’ve been using zero sugar creamer most the week..I’m sure it breaks the fast but I figured I’d take the first week to break old habits and get used to things. Excited to start week 2! Good luck, everybody.
I’m accidentally on OMAD a second day. My food scale had a low battery and refused to cooperate. I just ate my one meal without counting calories and macros and hope for the best. Yesterday and today.
I don’t know how to feel about it. Good or bad? I’m definitely confused and a bit overwhelmed.
I did a few days of austerity again on my maintenance plan until I got back down to where I’m consistently back under 210, which is where I’m happy.
And my skinnier pants aren’t so tight in the hips. So that’s good for me. I want this winter to be over so I can run on the road. Elliptical just can’t keep me sustained.
