Almost 50 hours on water, tea, and electrolytes. I totally forgot about bone broth! I’m happily sipping it now. There is nothing better than bone broth! It’s the best dish ever! Like ever, ever! I went to the gym and did some cardio. I’m proud of myself! It’s going well!
Half hour left of my 16 hour fast and I’m feeling frustrated and discouraged af bc my weight has gone up slightly for the fifth day in a row. Also my resting heart rate has been increasing?? I’ve been at a steady -2lbs/wk for over a month, but as of today I’m +0.5lb from last week. Maybe I gotta tweak something. I read that post from the other day about grazing vs. meals, and I’ve been a grazer for a very long time. Maybe I’ll try just meals.
