I just finished my second and last meal today. I’m thinking of fasting tomorrow all day and the day after tomorrow, half a day. Alternate day fasting or 40 to 44 hours. Water, tea, and electrolytes. Why? It probably sounds strange but to rest from eating and preparing meals. Day off. Wish me luck!
