I am on a 16:8 fast daily . I hope to lose weight before having another baby. I’m a little discouraged because I didn’t lose any weight from fasting this month! And before this month I only lost 2 pounds the first month. 😞 I haven’t been counting my calories but I did totally stop fast food except maybe 1 day a week. I used to eat fast food 3 times a day !! So I’m a little upset that making that major lifestyle change has not been reflected on the scale.
In the past two weeks my fasting schedule has shifted from traditional 16:8 to random changes, longer fasting times. One was 39 hours! Anyway, yesterday may normal schedule is 9am-5pm. I ate at 11am, stopped eating at 4pm. And 8pm I was crazy hungry, and…I had a lovely bowl of soup, and some cheese and crackers, and went to bed. It was fantastic.
This morning having a black coffee, will eat at 9am, and will strive to stick a little closer to a regular schedule. I think I’m upsetting balance by constantly shifting schedules.
I’m on a 20:4 fast daily. So I only eat from 4:30-8:30pm. I just drink water, black tea and black coffee, one >35 cal kombucha, and one probiotic shot in between. This is day 10 and I’ve lost 8lbs so far. It’s getting easier but today I feel the hungriest I have all week
I recently started taking Lexapro and am concerned about potential gain as a side effect.
I won a silent auction thing the other day and inside was a T-Shirt. It was the first time I got a free t-shirt that actually fit; odd realization. I’ve had to change out my wardrobe several times through the last year and change. I’d like to sort of level out around here, I think, so I stop having to mess with that. It feels really nice to go into regular stores and be able to buy things, even though I still don’t like clothes shopping.
