Starting fresh today! Hit my timer last night before I went to sleep (had stopped eating about an hour before but will stick with my timer). I will not eat until 2pm and will close my eating window at roughly 8pm. I am going to try to ease back on carbs. And cut out what little soda I’ve been drinking lately! I forgot to weigh myself this morning (time change got me thinking I was late!) but tomorrow I’ll hop on the scale.
Water, tea, coffee until 2pm!

Lost a whopping 6lb in my first week. I know the majority will be water weight but I honestly feel fantastic. I can’t wait to see how it continues. Really feeling motivated!
Just under 17 hours into my fast. It’s a weekend so I’m doing an 18:6 day and planned a day of higher fat and higher protein than I’m used to, in order to set my body up for what I hope will be my first 36-48 hour fast.
Bought a lovely box of chai tea and just had one of those and it was delightful!
