Week 2 day 5: IF - 21:3 / OMAD
I can’t believe the change I have seen in only such a short timeframe! This is my second week of IF and it has been going great. From the hangry start to EASILY going 20+ hours without food.
I try to stick to a OMAD regimen, but sometimes life happens. Which is just fine with me. Anywhere between 20:4 and OMAD is where I feel comfortable.
Now… for the results. I lost 1,2 kg (2,2 pounds) in only 2 weeks which I think is a lot, but the biggest difference has been my mental health. I find it easier to get up in the morning and can focus much better at tasks at hand.
Day5 of Week22, IF, 18/6
SW: 104kg/229lbs; CW: 89kg/196lbs; GW: 85kg/187lbs
Today 87,5kg down from the 89,0kg of yesterday at the 24h mark of the 48h fast.
Ran into a suggestion for my next meal so breaking fast tomorrow will be with toasted tortilla, with sour cream and an eggs-oinon-cheese omelette on top. Maybe I make some grilled frankfurters for the heck of it.
Hyperbusy day today, but nothing I couldn’t manage, so it helps with fast-forwarding the day. It almost feels like cheating xD

Day 4 OMAD with lunch at 13.00. SW 94.3kg CW 79.9kg GW 50kg. Another 300g since yesterday. Broke the fast with a pre-made sushi box, hopefully it doesn’t come back to bite me in the butt, but it was a nice treat compared to my home-made optimised meals lol.
Always seem to lose the motivation during the weekend, so here’s to it not happening this week.
