-20:4. Typically start eating at 2pm/4pm and start fasting at 6pm/8pm (varies a lot, but I start the fast whenever I can!)

-Took up IF in July 2020 with some success but then regained it all back. Unintentionally fasted a lot from March-June 2022. Started seriously again in September 2022. Just trying to keep this up for as long as possible, no specific end date

-Goal is to feel confident and more comfortable in my clothes

-Notes: I have weeks where I’m really on it and weeks where I stop after 14 hours but I am so grateful for tomorrows.

24F, 5’4”

SW: ~160-165 lbs

CW: 139 lbs

My clothes fit much better now, but I admit I still feel “soft” and I have lost a LOT of muscle. My ass is pancake-flat lol. So my new goal is to do moderate strength training 2-3x a week. I also found out I am iron deficient, so I want to incorporate it more in my eating periods. It’s going well! Keep going everyone!

Notes: Had a good streak going in Sept, and didn’t stay consistent in Oct/Nov so restarted with a new mindset

Another 16:8 fast for me today, with black coffee and water as usual. I feel a bit more hungry today, to be fair with the temperature drop I just immediately started feeling more hungry so to counter it I am allowing myself more freedom during the eating window (while still logging my food)

Day two of OMAD here. Water, black coffee and peppermint tea are helping me through! Yesterday was much easier than I had anticipated, but I already feel hungrier today. I guess I will just need to get used to it.

I saw a bit of movement on the scale today (I’m doing this fully for weight loss) which was encouraging. I’ve also enabled ‘Fresh Start Mode’ on the Happy Scale app. I plan to take progress photographs at each milestone, as well as planning a reward for each.
