I’ve been doing OMAD for 2 weeks, I absolutely love it ! Workouts in the morning are totally fine, however yesterday night climbing session was terrible. I felt faint and cold, I couldn’t do it. On climbing days (2-3 times per week), back to 16:8 !
I am doing a 22-2 week right now.I am going to try to have one week like that every month.
I have yet to find the right tempo for the other 3 weeks.I have tried 16-8 but it feels not that effective.
I also started training while fasting, so far so good.
My best friend is black coffee and water.Sometime I add a few drops of lime juice or lemon juice in my water.
