Water/coffee - 16:8 (eating 12pm-8pm)I train at the gym fasted at 6am and cycle in the evenings alternate to gym days.

I have complained previously about not losing weight fast enough, but these are my weekly averages. Slow, and steady I guess! I’m 5’5 38M and eating about 1450cals a day with 155g protein. Any advice to this? my TDEE ‘is’ about 1900, BMR about 1600 so I’m certainly in a deficit. All help greatly appreciated!

Day2 of Week25, IF, 18/6

Today is 88,8kg up from the 87,6kg of yesterday, despite yesterday being a rolling 24h fast with an OMAD in the end.

All I had was carb-reduced toast with liver pate and souerkrauts. A single plate of food. Even my drinks were sugar free 0 cal drinks, like lemon water, and coffee so I’m highly confused about what is going on.

At least tomorrow is another rolling 24h fast so my slow digestion may have a chance to catch up. Today I won’t risk the carb-reduced toast, I’ll have the trustry toasted tortilla instead.

I’m starting to suspect the hypermarket that they sell regular bread as carb-reduced because it didn’t feel as light as the one time I tested this before.

Workout however was good. I did manage to get an extra rep so I’m feeling good about that.

Sleep however was quite bad, mainly because my stomach was feeling very full - another reason to suspect the trickery from the hypermarket.

The rolling 24h fast with 2MAD in the end turned into an evening OMAD due to circumstances, but I won’t be doing that anymore. Having my stomach packed to capacity before sleep is quite uncomfortable.

This is kinda like a replay of Monday but oddly enough I’m not a fan of it so far but I hope everyone is having an awesome day, and progress is being made with every passing hour! ;)

Almost 9 weeks of IF and 17lbs down!

The last time i was this weight was 2017, that feels like a lifetime ago. I can’t believe how well IF works for my body and am so motivated everyday to keep going.

I’ve noticed a change in my taste and cravings. I have always had a sweet tooth, but my cravings for candy have pretty much disappeared. A couple weeks ago my husband had some gummy bears and i had a few (of a normal brand we usually get) and they tasted awful. My cravings for chips have pretty much disappeared too and im enjoying eating vegetables - my favourite part of Thanksgiving dinner this past weekend (aside from my mum’s forcemeat stuffing which will ALWAYS be the best part of the turkey lol) was the carrots! I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed carrots so much, i had dreams about them lol

Strangely I think i may have developed an egg intolerance? The last 3 times I’ve had eggs I’ve been nauseous/vomited and had horrible stomach pain. Eggs seems to be the only thing linking the 3 instances. Considering finding a naturopath to do a Food Sensitivity Test to determine if thats the case. Keeping off eggs for now (which makes me sad, eggs are delicious!).

Loving the fall weather and going to plan a meal prep day soon to make stew, chili, soup and bone broth.

Going on my third day of IF, and I’m amazed that I’ve lost nearly 3lbs. I know that is mostly water weight but I never see the scale go down. I’m aiming for 1200 calories but not being super strict about it. I do 45 minutes to an hour of some kind of movement, usually walking or yoga. I’m drinking between a half gallon and gallon of water a day, no soda or alcohol. I also cut out gluten and dairy due to PCOS and fibromyalgia. I feel confident I’ll reach my first goal weight by the end of the year ☺️

Week 2: Day 2, IF, 48 hour fast

38.5 hours down and I’m not even hungry. I feel great. I’m actually a little concerned that I am not struggling at all? I’m drinking a lot of water, but still, the last time I did this, it was much, much more difficult. Granted, yesterday was an unusually low activity day.
