I’m skipping today’s eating window and my two meals in it. My last meal was yesterday’s dinner and my first meal will be lunch tomorrow. It would be something about 40 hours fast if everything went according to a plan. I’m drinking water and a variety of tea, and I’m taking electrolytes. I hope it helps me with dealing with tomorrow’s Dampling Day. I will be the one making them. Tough! Wish me luck!

I’m about 5 weeks into IF myself. I have lost about 40 pounds in the last 2.5 years calorie counting. I would like to lose about 10 more. I’m going about 19.5 hours on fast now most days. I have lost about 2-3 pounds but I have noticed more loss in inches mostly. That’s normal right? I’m really surprised at how good I am feeling, it has not been as difficult as what I thought going in. I’m prepared that this will be slow as I don’t have much to lose. Is this typical progress?

My problem is how do I not get hangry… about 14 hours in I want to kill things/people. How do yall do it? I am trying so hard and I do not want to give up. I am doing 16:8. It is everything I can do to get through the 16. I get short and snippy with people and that is not who I am or want to be. Supplements? Suppressants? HELP, please.
