So down 7.2lb in 2 weeks which I’m really happy with.
However, my weight loss this week has been slowwwww - only 1.2lb over the full week. But a loss is a loss as I keep trying to tell myself.
I think my meal window is too long and it’s causing me to overeat, so going to tweak weekdays so I’m eating within a 1-2 hour window rather than 4 and try to focus on getting more protein in.
Today is the weekend so going for an 18:6 to be a bit more flexible! Going to focus on protein and less snack foods today!
16:8, for month and a half, down almost 4 pounds, my face cleared up…. I relapsed. I feel a bit dissapointed in myself. Just when I started seeing change, and people around me did, I screw it up. Planing on taking it easy this weekend and starting from monday again.
18:6 and I added in 30 minutes of working out a day 6 days ago. Only doing some ab exercises to help fix diastasis recti (nothing too intense) and a lot of workouts for my butt lol
I’m the same weight as I was a week ago but clearly look different. Trying not to pay too much attention to the number on the scale. I’m also smack dab in the middle of my period so 🙄
I tried indoor climbing yesterday and determined it is not for me, lol. I failed to take into account my zero upper body strength and the fact I’d have to actually lift my 200 pounds of body off the floor. But I tried it, and that’s what counts! I was able to do more than I would have at 290 pounds so I’m proud of that.
I made a spinach gratin and shrimp scampi yesterday for meal prep. Wanted to mention a good app I found called Side Chef that has a ton of good recipes and you can add ingredients to a shopping list as well as adjust for the amount of servings.
Hope everyone has a good weekend!
First days of my new life
Hey All! I started looking at the longevity topic after the viral tweet about Bryan Johnson and his pursuit to be young again.
I am 33 yo with a BMI of 26, and my iPhone says my fitness level is below average, around 39.
So I started five days ago intermittent fasting, with strict calorie control and a perfectly balanced diet. I ran two times, and today got my first supplements batch. This is quite a radical change (probably too extreme), so some support would be appreciated!
