36:12 fast, water, black coffee, green tea. Been rolling the ADF for three weeks SW 218, CW 210, GW 193
The 36:12 is killing it! First fast was tough, the rest have got easier. 5-HTP and CBD made a huge difference. Easiest diet I have done!!
35M 15:9 SW:221 CW:218 GW:185 been consistent since 1/1/22… am a bit surprised with my slower weight progress but I’ve been on a steady squat program and have been biking a lot so maybe it’s muscle mass increase? I do feel a lot better since the new year.

Week 3 of 16:8, going on coffee/water during fast. Eating less than usual (I burn stuff fast), to get rid of that skinny fat. First week was tough, I was hungry all the time (it’s my default mode), now it’s chill, and I sometimes forget to eat (so end up like 18:6).Feeling good, imho looking better. When I’m ready I plan to switch to no-carb mode but so far liking it. I really appreciate the fact that it’s not a diet, and structure helps to plan my day.
39 F. Mostly 16:8 and 18:6 with a couple of 20:4 here and there. On day 14 of my current streak (but had done several days prior with some breakfasts thrown in). I’ve mostly shaken off the bloating/swelling from the holidays and am starting to feel better.
