I'm measuring by days completed rather than day started, hence starting is Day 0

My plan is 100 days of:
1. 20:4 IF
2. 20 hrs clean fast (only water, no-milk-tea, black coffee allowed)
3. evening run after work (I'm training for a half marathon later in the year)
4. after run & before dinner have 1 cup of homemade bone broth (I make awesome bone broth)
5. Calories allowed per day: 1600
6. No fast foods/ junk foods (these are my weaknesses, want to give up this bad habit & eat healthy nutritious foods)
Starting BMI: 24.88
Goal GMI: 20.1
waist: 25.75 inches
hips: 42 inch
thigh: 24.4 inch
fingers crossed 🤞 Would love to get to my goal & start dating again, have been single & alone for too long
Will post here as things move along, hopefully with few accomplishments along the way, my challenges, lessons learnt, etc. Hope that's ok by group rules.

Good luck on the challenge!I would say that 1600 calories together with fasting and a lot of cardio training seems very low to me. You would do good to track your weight and make sure it doesn’t drop too quickly. Just my 2 cents.

Monday to Friday follow your plan
Saturday fast til 12 then eat freely
Sunday ease back into the plan
Too strict too fast will fail and Day 11 is the hardest!!
