Day 0 Help me

It's gonna be my first day IF 16:8 starting 12pm til 8ish but the problem I feel the acidity during morning if I only intake coffee what should be my routine btw I'm on a very bad BMI over weight of 24kg 5'8 age 22 will do cardio every 5pm since I have need to sleep and do some school work during daylight and working graveyard til 6am

I also noticed this, ACV pill helps a lot, haven’t been acidy since.

It sounds like a gimmick but they really, really do work, especially just before or just after a meal.

Also don’t worry about cardio, at this point just get your window right, try not to snack between meals.

It will get easier. Keep busy. If you aren’t distracted, it gets easy to start snacking. If you’re busy, any hunger pangs will pass with very little effort. Your body is used to eating at certain times and it likes to remind you of those times. Once you get your new pattern established, it will alert you at your newly established times.
