Hello, 30 days is a big’n. Do you mind sharing your goal weight and height, as well as what you plan on intaking (supplements, etc…) during the fast? I’ve been doing a low carb prepared meal service with 16:8 and about 30 minutes of exercise for about a month now. I’m on day 7 of a prolonged fast as we speak, haven’t decided how long I’ll go.
