Today has been the hardest day. This morning I went to Target & I almost fainted because I knelt down and got up too fast. Luckily I had my trustee shopping cart for support. I took a nap in my car in the parking lot because low energy.
Today is the only day where my pee has been dark. I wonder what this means?
My family is around today and is expecting me to eat dinner. I will be going to sleep.
Also today has been the only day I was tempted at eating.
I wanted to share a few tips that has helped me.
1) anytime I get a symptom (nausea is the most uncomfortable for me) I tell myself “this will only last for a few seconds. They come in waves just wait it out” it’s so true and it works!
2) whenever my stomach grumbles I tell myself that’s not hunger that’s my stomach fat burning!
3) sleeping on my back and belly has helped me sleep
4) I found having a cold room feels nice strangely since I hate the cold
5) I converse with myself throughout the day and check in on my feelings and talk somethings out with myself.
6) I made Thursday’s try on day. I tried the same pieces of clothing from years ago that didn’t fit at all last week & I am seeing how the clothing is starting to fit now!
I found that emotional intelligence is so necessary for me to be successful at dry fasting.

I’m experiencing No. 4 as well.
The temperature has dropped lately. I’m normally averse to cold weather but this morning I enjoyed it. Noticed this too when I needed to take the blanket off of my bed all of a sudden. So weird since I’m usually swaddled in blankets and hoodies. It’s good to see the observations of others on this journey.
