Since you say you are in school, how old are you, if you don’t mind me asking?

If you are under 18, an IF or even OMAD would be better than an extended fast for you as you are still growing, and this might affect your development in a long run. If you really want to do a longer fast, I would suggest ADF where you eat every other day. As long as you stay within your TDEE (or lower) on the day you eat, you will find that it also gives good result and is more sustainable for someone your age.
