Day 8, i got a Question

Hi. I‘m on my 8th day and i wanted to do a 30 Days Waterfast like i do every year. But now there is an upcoming job in my last week where a need to travel to paris and it will be five days of very hard and exhausting work. So now im not sure if it‘s better to push trough or to break my fast slowly in week three and eat little meals of meat and vegetables for breakfast and lunch during the trip. I would then add another fast for one or two weeks when i‘m back (probably two weeks because week two is always the best for me and one isn‘t worth the hassle to get into the mode imho). I just came up with this idea because of a link in this sub about intermitted fasting periods and i also experienced some kind of plateau in my prior fastings regarding weightloss. What do you guys think? Thx.

Ok, so, this sounds like you’re finding reasons to eat-

However, if you are in a unhealthy bmi bracket, and can get water and vitamins, there’s no reason you can’t run off ketones, unless you have some other random health problem, just make sure you’re drinking every half hour or so, and use the distraction to get through the next bit.

Of course, let people know if you can and if you get any unusual symptoms, stop immediately!
