Wow we have very similar stats. I’m 31, 6’1”, SW: 235, GW: 185. (I’m not weighing myself until I finish my fast) and I’m 7 days into my 31 day fast. Congrats on your accomplishment so far and best of luck moving forward!
Im 28 hours into a 48 but might extend further. Feeling a slight fog and lack of concentration that makes me wanna cave. Think its my electrolytes? I read these stories though and i want to go further to get better results, so long as i can manage it.
