I had to work on it slowly like a muscle. If I had mild thirst, I would endure it until it moved into intense thirst then I would drink water, each time I did this I would be able to go longer without thirst. The thirst point moved from 12 hours, to 16,24, 2 days. Was actually stuck on 2 days a couple times until it stopped and then I went 5 days easily. Just like lifting weights, if you want to bench 300 lbs, don’t go straight for it, go from 200 or w/e you can do to get there.
I’m not sure if I would combine OMAD and dry-fasting, that seems like a recipe for dehydration and digestive issues.
That being said, I’m right there with you when it comes to PMS week. I swear I can out-eat competitive eaters during that week.
I feel you! I had to cut fasting short when mine started last week because the cramps totally take me out.
