If you get really tired, go to bed. If you want to lose weight and you want to not eat after dinner, then you can hide by sleeping.
If you want to stay awake you have to stand the hunger back down, every day, until not eating after dinner is your habit. It’s not easy at all. But it is doable
I drink a caffine free diet coke and eat a 5 calorie jello snackpak. It’s not healthy but it’s a little treat that gets me through. Also, this is usually when I take my vitamins and a large glass of Metamucil.
I get this way too sometimes. I’d crave Egg sandwiches. Which was the easiest thing to cook quickly. I have Chron’s disease and I just chalked it up to me having Diarrhea quite a bit and not getting the nutrients I need. But I’m not really sure as to why I was craving it.
Try eating some good quality fats, like avocadoes , nuts, eggs in your last meal! works like a charm! i used to have to eat before bed & even then would sometimes wake up in the middle of the night hungry !
Are you consuming lots of carbs? possibly making you feel tired?
