Is this your first 7 day? Yes it’s normal, just part of detoxing. I did 3 rolling 194s. By the 3rd week, it had almost gone away.
Don’t forget to break fast slowly when you refeed. I usually do a cup of baking soda water, a salty cucumber and some bone broth for the first hour.

I admire your discipline and don’t want to dissuade you from completing your fast, but you could reconsider once you are finished depending on your goals.
