difficult plateau

I've posted stuff like this before and so I apologize but it just helps to get an opinion. I recently did a 4 day fast and it's just crazy that I hardly lost any weight and in 2 meals I gained all of the weight back and more. Sat: 221 lbs Sun: 221 lbs Mon: 220.5 lbs Tues: 219.5 Wednesday: 221 (did dinner OMAD) consumed probably around 2100 calories Thurs: 223 (did dinner for OMAD) consumed probably around 1700 calories Any advice/support would be helpful. It's very difficult to have the motivation with this diet when you're not seeing results and have problems like a very bad keto rash like I do ๐Ÿ˜… like I'm talking at least 100 or more bumps.

I know this isnโ€™t an answer directly on motivation for fasting, but hope it gives some context. Weight fluctuates as your body takes on more or less water, and throughout the day. I weigh myself at the exact same time in the same clothes every day. That helps take out some of the daily fluctuation.
