I've posted stuff like this before and so I apologize but it just helps to get an opinion. I recently did a 4 day fast and it's just crazy that I hardly lost any weight and in 2 meals I gained all of the weight back and more.
Sat: 221 lbs
Sun: 221 lbs
Mon: 220.5 lbs
Tues: 219.5
Wednesday: 221 (did dinner OMAD) consumed probably around 2100 calories
Thurs: 223 (did dinner for OMAD) consumed probably around 1700 calories
Any advice/support would be helpful. It's very difficult to have the motivation with this diet when you're not seeing results and have problems like a very bad keto rash like I do ๐
like I'm talking at least 100 or more bumps.

I know this isnโt an answer directly on motivation for fasting, but hope it gives some context. Weight fluctuates as your body takes on more or less water, and throughout the day. I weigh myself at the exact same time in the same clothes every day. That helps take out some of the daily fluctuation.
