dilutable drinks

so, i’m fasting and i have to drink during the night. i really do not like warm water or sparkling. can i use dilutable stuff? such as robinsons because i don’t care the taste snd it makes it easier to fast as well to have it instead of water. would that be okay? or should i figure something else out.

Answer

No, anything sweet, fruity, or otherwise food-like , even if no calories, can cause insulin release. Insulin stops you from burning body fat. https://www.ginstephens.com/all-blog-posts/does-a-clean-fast-really-matter

Answer

Stevia is a plant, it’s not artificial sweetener. It affects your blood sugar very little. You will find it in most supermarkets. Some artificial sweeteners can raise your blood sugars or have side effects in large quantities.
