Dont be too hard on yourself. Any kind of calorie reduction is ultimately a good thing, when done in moderation (youre not going to die). If you are too hungry, don’t battle it. I usually just eat if I’m too hungry, you can always try longer next time. But if you want to continue more power to you, you will return to keto pretty fast after that.

Why are people obsessed with the length of time fasting? This isn’t a race and no one is going to give you an ‘A’. For a longer fast. Maybe an ‘F’ because you fasted.🤣. All jokes aside I do not understand this obsession with long fasts.
OP technically you did break the fast. I will suggest that once you break your fast, eat 1, 2 or 3 meals and begin fasting again. This isn’t a sprint race. It’s a marathon for life. It’s essential to figure out what works for your body.
Eating is just as important as fasting. Eating a quarter of an apple and going back to not eating is dancing the line of an eating disorder. If you are breaking your fast for goodness sake eat a full meal or 2 at a minimum and then go back to fasting.
Fat Fasting is not dirty fasting. 😤 fat fasting is a fasting mimicking eating plan. Dirty fasting is using liquid fasting aids like broth or juice. Something with negligible calories. Water fasting gi es the most benefits to the body but it takes time to train your body to fast longer and you must eat full healthy meals in between fasts.
