You don’t need anyone but you. I’d recommend splitting your goal up into steps. For me, it was to separate weight loss by the tens. I was stuck in the 210’s for the longest time, but when the 190’s came, I found that extra umph. Now the 180’s are here and I have another wind, excited to start lifting again and working on that body comp.
I can’t help with the fasting partner part, but your post caught my eye for a different reason:

Be kind to yourself. You’ve clearly accomplished something fantastic in the last couple months you’re happy with. It’s good you recognize the poor pattern you’ve fallen back into, too. All of this tells me you’re really on top of things. Great job! Truly! Celebrate that and accept the last 4 days for what they really are - a small stumble that’s easily corrected
