Push on-you can do it! I mostly listen to my body over my goal. If you feel great, enjoy the high it will continue… if you start feeling really bad, time to refeed!I thought I needed to do more to prepare for a long fast, but I actually broke my most recent record on a whim just because I felt awesome and didn’t want to wake my stomach up yet. Just make sure you are getting enough electrolytes!
provided you don’t have medical issues that make it a bad call, go for it! With fasting you always have a little bit of overhead when you start one with burning out any glucose you have in your system. If you can go longer you can also eventually hit autophagy which gives you a lot of health benefits
If you’re feeling good I would go another day! I’ve heard from Dr. Rhonda Patrick that autophagy peaks by around day 3 and that depending on how many carbs you had prior to fasting you should be at or close to Ketosis. I originally planned on doing a 5 day fast a while back and somehow ended up going for 10 days just because I was feeling great. But like others said listen to your body and keep hydrated!
