While you will likely have at least a bit, loose skin is a lot better alternative to continuing to be morbidly obese.
And build your muscle during the process. Start with BW squats and knee pushups. Alternating days, 3 sets to failure. Getting stronger while losing weight is win/win and helps keep you focused on being healthy.
Dieting alone is likely not going to last you, at least statistically. You need a complete change in lifestyle.
I was 90lbs overweight and started mountain biking. As I got better, I wanted to get lighter to improve my riding. I do a resistance band workout to keep things strong.
From experience. Yep. You’ll have loose skin. I recommend before dropping the final thirty you TAKE A BREAK. It’s okay to gain a few back, bring your muscles to a stasis. Regain your strength, then continue the final journey. That’s what I’m working on now. I don’t regret it at all. My loose skin is looking sooo much better. I was all kinds of loose at 115lb down, now at 95 from my staring weight, I have much more muscle and a lot tighter belly. I’m now losing again and while I do have some extra fat with those extra twenty lbs, I am not half as chubby as I was at this weight the first time I dropped down to it.
Do consider this. Enjoy the journey
