Do I lose any macros when I drain the water from (over) cooked egg whites?

I haven’t seen egg whites produce liquid from cooking. Are you sure it wasn’t some other ingredients like spinach, onions, peppers producing liquid?

Fwiw if this may be the case then you may want to precook the vegetables a bit next time. Not for nutrition but just for texture.
