Do I NEED snake juice?

If my fasts are 72hrs or less do I absolutely still need snake juice. I’ve done some experiments and I don’t feel the effects of electrolyte depletion until after 96hrs. 72s I feel absolutely fine. I’m also pretty sedentary due to my desk job and can’t do much physical activity because of bad knees. If I keep it at 72 and under then salt up my refeed do I really neeeeeeed snake juice? Thanks.

Absolutely you need your electrolytes especially when doing longer fasts. As your weight drops you really need electrolytes because you won’t have as much body fat to feed off of. Bottom line is electrolytes are what keep your heart beating correctly it’s the balance of potassium and sodium in your bloodstream. Can’t stress enough how important those electrolytes are and when you start exercising they will become even more important. Best wishes 👊🐍
