In a good way obviously ,I’m going to the Gym fasted at 7:00am before work ,working out for 90 minutes then going about my day full of energy and positivity. A few years ago I couldn’t of managed any of this my Fibromyalgia and 7 herniated discs hurt like hell, I was so tired by mid afternoon I had to nap to get through to bed time . It all seems like a different universe now, So thank you keto and fasting you made me a new person!

Agreed. And silently lurking in this community has helped me mentally as well. I can’t pinpoint any particular thing but I think seeing people feel, look and live better gave me a jolt of hope.
