It works, just much slower. If you’re just standing up, without doing anything, for 8 hours a day, it could be between 800 and 1600 calories burned. Possibly 1 kg of fat burned every 3-6 days just by being active.
It worked for me virtually no real exercise except walking after kids and a baby. I got to my goal weight with rolling 72s postpartum, breaking fast w/keto and clean eating but this was once I quit nursing. I didn’t have time and also physically couldn’t exercise.
