You need some patience in general because it’s been less than 2 weeks and you’re complaining about only losing 10 lbs. Losing 10 lbs in a week is not normal or sustainable.
Eating less than 1000 calories every two days is probably causing your body to cling to the fat and nutrients it has stored and be more energy efficient since it doesn’t know when food will be coming again or if it will be enough. You should try eating more. This is a common mistake. People think that if eating 1500 calories a day is a good defecit, then eating 500 calories a day must be a great defecit. Your body is smarter than that and will adjust to keep you alive while you starve it.
