I have some experience longest I have done is 6.5 days done 31 day waterfast Day 1:157lbs Day 2 Day 3 Day 4 Day 5 Day 6 Day 7 Day 8 5’4F 20

You won’t be able to jog past day 2 you will become winded easily. I’m on hr 82 now I worked 3 days in on this dry fast energy levels slowly decrease day by day resting all weekend or what little and broken up sleep I can get. Back to work Monday on the dry fast then I need to push through Tuesday I’m supposed to end at 9:30pm but I honestly don’t see a point in breaking that late at night so I might break on Wednesday morning. I work a labor intensive job and it was a rough two days you can get by the first day maybe the second perfectly fine. I have a Pretty expensive scale and have weighed myself every day just to see progress and keep me motivated I’ve wanted to break multiple times I’ve averaging 3-4.5lbs a day only thing keeping me going is weight loss and goals I have set plus I don’t want to be a fat ass when I vacation in two weeks. How much weight do you want to lose? As mentioned above after the 3rd day, weight loss slows down though for me (dude mid 30s 22bmi) it’s after the 4th day. So probably better to do a couple of 4 days b2b dry fasts
