Don’t forget your electrolytes!

I’m a 16:8 faster and I work on my feet 8hours a day. I also run. Some days I will fast longer. I am a huuuge water drinker too. Recently I’ve had so much pain in my feet, I was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis. I tried stretching, recovery shoes, getting insoles, new work and running shoes, only running on a flat treadmill, to no avail. I was hurting bad by the end of even a short day of work, and I’m not even 30 yet, so I knew there was something seriously wrong. Well I did a lot of research and saw PF can be caused by magnesium deficiency. I figured why not.
