How many days in a row did you actually not eat? I’ve been trying to figure out a rhythm that will work for me and I’m curious what’s worked for others - also curious if you lost 100 in 42 days :) congrats
Good work mate. I’ve done a few 5 day fasts now but seem to get unstuck after that, I know I need to do longer to start burning body fats rather then loosening water.
I have a problem that I work an active job, I don’t necessary feel like I need to eat or get overly light headed or weak but I worry that this might happen this in turn gets me eating and then down the rabbit hole haha.
Did you work while doing this and if so was it an active job? Any tips would be great because I know how hard it can be.
