Down 40lbs today.

I strictly do OMAD at 1000 calories. 230 -> 190. It feels good. I have my confidence back. I was fat. I know I made myself that way but it’s good I have found a routine and fasting got me healthy again. I still have 20-30 more pounds to go. I’ve started a video and can’t wait to finish it showing my progress. Edit: It took me May 2021 until now. However from October 2021 - May 2022 I stopped trying and gained some weight. I haven’t exclusively been eating at 1000 calories a day for the whole time.

Great job and the on and off fasting pattern is not a bad thing. Especially at that low of a calorie level. 1000 is pretty low.

As long as you feel good and don’t have health issues keep up the good work. It’s not about how fast you lose its consistency. It’s not a race. Weight lose is not linear.
