Does anyone have any experience with the following drinks -
Sparkling waters
Zevia soda or tea
Propel
Are any of these ok to drink while fasting? Sometimes water gets boring and I need something else.
I was thinking of trying out propel for a longer fast. The last two times I tried to do a 72 hour fast I was very lightheaded on the third day. Does anyone recommend any other zero calorie electrolyte drinks?

My understanding is that any type of sweetener can provoke an insulin response. I stick to flavored unsweetened sparkling water (like Bubly or Lacroix) when I get tired of plain water. I don’t think it matters if you’re mainly focused on weight loss.
