Dry-fast- Second Cycle

Today at 4pm marks the end of day 2, of my 2nd cycle of 6 day dry-fasting after a one day break. My first cycle weight dropped from 169 to 146, then went back to 161 the same day after re-feeding and 158 the next morning. This fast I started at 158 and given same result I should weigh 138 before and 153 after the re-feed. 153.6 is my current weight. Flirting with the idea of a 3rd cycle. After a total week off. This is not really about weightloss its more about healing my digestive system and blood sugar. But I do have a weightloss goal. I want my normal walking weight to be 150-155 and stay there. I would likely be too thin after a 3rd cycle but it would give me room to grow so to speak. I am thinking to make a weekly habit of either a three day dry-fast, or two, 2-day cycles with a one-meal refeed in between. If its useful to anyone here is how I broke my first cycle. One pint of spring water. Should have done it slowly but I took that pretty quickly. I then had a cup of water with a quarter teaspoon of baking soda. I drank half a 30 oz bottle of "Core" electrolyte water. I then had a bottle or organic cold-pressed juice from 7-11. It was the best thing I ever tasted! I drank the rest of the electrolyte water and decided to eat. I ate a large hot and sour Chinese soup. And a small bowl of tom yum goong, thai soup. 4 bowls of soup total. With the meal and after I drank 4 12 ounce cans of poppi probiotic soda and 4-16 ounce bottles of kevita. This amounts to 182 ounces of water. After this I felt my energy return and decided to do a micro workout. I was unable to overhead press a 70# kettlebell which means I was temporarily weekend. Still feeling energy I did A micro-workout with the 52# instead. 3 hours later I grilled a ribeye and melted parm cheese on top. I had to get a two pack so I grilled both and ate the other for breakfast the next morning. I did another micro-workout and was able to use the 70# bell so my full strength returned. I am thinking next time to break the fast with a cup of baking-soda water, recommended in "The Phoenix Protocol". Then electrolyte water or a pack of IV water. Then cold press juice. Then black-berries. Then soup. Then steak. I also thought about using bone broth but juice was the most refreshing best tasting thing! Its almost worth not drinking for 6 days just to taste that juice!

Answer

At 4 pm today I cross into day 3. Cotton mouth is here but not as extreme as the first cycle was at this point. My bodyweight is down to 146. I expect to be a little under 140 by day 6. Then to put 15 pounds back in one day which would put me at about 155. Maybe slightly less. My starting weight on the first cycle was 169. I am starting to feel the subtle warmth and will probably turn to cold baths today. I urinated a nice healthy half pint immediately upon waking which is proof endogenous water is real. I feel alert. But I know the next 3 days will be hard. I am hoping to get some sign of acidic crises even if it means feeling like shit. I could press on until I do perhaps but after 6 days I have to return to work.
