Dry fasting after MDMA use?

Talking about 24-48 hours from a semi-experienced dry faster. I did quiet a bit of MDMA on Fri-Sat (yes very bad, I know please don't lecture me on this) so now it's mid-tuesday and I'm about to start a dry fast of an atleast 24 hrs. My question is, what do you think, is it beneficial for healing after the MDMA or is it a bit too early and will make it harder for my body to regenerate? Normally for most people, they feel the worst around Tuesday after the weekend. For me it's wednesday, which would be tomorrow. I do have very light branzaps at the moment and been having sleep paralysis for the couple nights now and some bad mood, but everything is very light. I have done like 2 short dry fasts about 4 days after MDMA in the past and I'm not sure if it improved anything for me, maybe, but definitely didn't make it worse. Basically just want your thoughts on this, I'm definitely going for atleast 24hrs dry anyway. Thanks

Wouldn’t recommend it. Mdma use can increase chances of getting rhabdomyalsis. So can dry fasting. You need to be sure you reach a point of full hydration for a while before you dehydrate your body again.

I think it could help you detox quicker, question is if you really want that. Since I am guessing the normal detox is bad enough, faster usually means more intense (worse symtoms) but in a shorter time. Well kinda exactly what faster means yeah :P
I would honestly be a bit scared myself since brain-related detoxing can create really scary symtoms. Not that I think it would be lethal, but scary.

how many mg did u have? i have noticed i am more recovered when dry fasting 24 hours the following morning after a session. if i don’t fast it takes abt two weeks to get similar recovery. if you’re having those special headaches a longer dry fast and applying ice packs on the skull always solves that issue. intentional nose breathing and dr. joe dispenza breathing technique also helps
