Dry fasting and atopic dermatitis/eczema?

Has anyone had any success getting rid of their eczema by dry fasting (hard or soft)? I am currently about 37 hours into my second soft dry fast (I wash my hands after going to the bathroom). I did a 60 hour one last week, and I think my facial eczema became slightly better, but I'm not sure. I'm thinking of continuing to dry fast for ~48 hours every week for the coming weeks.

Answer

OMG so yes. I had a whole bunch of food allergies and other type of allergies LOL. Along with really bad eczema that would flare up if I would eat anything or just be outside for most of my life until I started intermittent fasting.

Intermittent fasting consistently after 3 weeks I saw a huge improvement in my eczema. I did a whole bunch of extended fast ranging from 48 to 96 hours.

Like when I tell you my eczema was bad, some of the flare-ups made me go to patient first for steroidal help. This is the first time I’ve seen anyone ask about eczema related to fasting. And I believe based off of my own experience that it really does help. Cuz now I do not need any type of ointments, or any type of steroids to keep my eczema under control. I still have some eczema that flares up right above my top lip, but I attribute that to smoking cigarettes from time to time I know I need to quit.

Hope this information helped
