Wanted to add some notes here - I was feeling dizzy earlier so I decided to refeed at 48 hours and hop back into another 48 tomorrow. My period did start just as I began fasting and it has been so much lighter with zero symptoms (?!!??) so I do ultimately think the fast helped in that regard. Right after I refed I did experience some more cramping like I usually would experience. I have a copper IUD and considering getting it replaced with a hormonal one or something so the lessening of symptoms during the fast is a great and very welcomed surprise 💜 happy fasting everyone! Oh also lost 4 lbs (per scale) first day - dry fasting is king
