Dry fasting expectations

I did one 72h hard dry fasting walking twice a day for 6km each walk(1h). Started at 189,377 lb / 85.9kg, lost 11,045 lb / 5kg on my refeed I had about 2500 calories (my maintenance is about 1800) my weight went up to 190,7 lb so basically "gain" weight. I can notice my body changed, but is quite frustrating see the scale basically unchanged. During the dry fasting the keytone stripes didn't change color, was showing signals of ketones from the beginning to the end, I was doing keto on the previous 3 days and was showing darker color on the stripes... After the refeed I engaged other 62 hours hard dry fast, this time I lost even less, by the end of the fasting I was 181,44 lb/82.3kg the only change I noticed was the deflating from the previous refeed.... To be honest I got very demotivated by the results... I didn't find any hard to do the fasting, dry fasting went thousand times easier than wet fasting for me... My question is, should I keep dry fasting for 72h, should I push further(it's not that difficult for me), should I do snake fasting instead? I'm about 22 lb/10kg from my ideal weight (about 15%bf). Sorry if is a bit confusing, I find it's very hard to express what I want to say.

Try staying within the parameters of Maitenence calories on re-feeds (or less) and like coke says, have broth or protein/veggies that’s it. I was having the same issue because I would eat junk on feeds. Not only did it hinder my progress but made me feel like shit and guilty. Also tore my stomach up.
