Best to just suck it up and bear the pain for a couple of days and get rid of this problem permanently handled for good. It usually takes 48 hours to remove the addiction while dry fasting. People have known to be able to permanently quit smoking in 2-3 days of hard dry fasting… if one can quit smoking I’m sure coffee withdrawals aren’t going to be that big of a deal. The withdrawal aches you get are not because that substance is low, but rather because it is being aggressively removed from your system. When all of that is out, pains/aches go away.
I have coffee on my “dry fast”. I limit myself to a normal sized espresso shot once or twice everyday in order to maintain normal day to day life functions and duties and also to avoid being in Dry fasting “Lazy Mode”, i.e., sleeping and napping all day and not doing anything productive. Only espresso never drip coffee. No sugar. Only additive is a scosch of heavy cream (high in fat).
